  • California Resources Corporation in ongoing development of a series of carbon capture and storage projects and other emissions reducing projects, including its Carbon TerraVault projects

  • New Fortress Energy (NFE) in its development and acquisition of a portfolio of domestic and international LNG, thermal power, renewable power and terminal assets, including:

    • The development and construction of the first floating LNG facility to use NFE’s pioneering Fast LNG system, combining existing liquefaction technology with modular, portable, offshore platform technology
    • A series of long-term gas supply agreements with industrial companies and utilities in Brazil, and the development of associated infrastructure
    • The successful bid to operate, maintain, modernize and decommission Puerto Rico’s approximately 3,600 MW of thermal power generation facilities
  • Noble Energy, Inc. as project counsel in the development of the Leviathan natural gas field in offshore Israel, including the development, construction and financing of a 2.1 Bcf/d natural gas production platform and associated subsea and tie-back facilities

  • Tellurian, Inc. in the negotiation of its EPC contracts with Bechtel for the construction of the ~27.5 MMTPA Driftwood LNG Project

  • Major international E&P company in the contracting arrangements for a newbuild FPSO to serve a deepwater development project offshore Angola

  • An international trading and terminal company in the re-activation and expansion of a multimodal crude oil, condensate, and NGL marine terminal facility in the Port of Corpus Christi to serve Eagle Ford shale production

  • Global Infrastructure Partners in its $1.1 billion acquisition of a 50 percent interest in the South Fork and Revolution Offshore Wind Projects off the East coast of the United States from Eversource Energy, including the negotiation of the joint venture arrangements with Orsted for the construction and operation of the projects (pending)

  • Private developer in the proposed development, financing, and construction of a 50,000 barrel per day advanced biofuels facility in Louisiana, utilizing natural gas and biomass to produce drop-in transportation fuels

  • A large international energy company in the formation of a 50/50 joint venture and the development of an ethylene cracker with an estimated capacity of 544,000 metric tons/yr (1.2 billion lbs/year); the project is anticipated to have a capital cost of approximately $1.5 billion

  • Riverstone Investment Group in becoming a 50 percent partner with Kinder Morgan in the Utopia Pipeline Project, a common carrier project that will include approximately 215 miles of new pipeline and will connect with an existing pipeline and associated facilities

  • Woodside Energy Group Ltd in connection with its potential participation in the Port Arthur LNG project

  • Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners in its acquisition of the Red Oak Power Plant, an 805 MW combined cycle, natural gas-fired generation facility
