Joel's practice is focused on commercial real estate transactions. He has been involved in all facets of the real estate industry, including acquisitions, dispositions, private equity arrangements, partner buyouts, debt/equity workouts, development, leasing, and management. Real estate clients include both local and national developers, private equity sources, and real estate investment trusts.
