  • Spear Street Capital in its acquisition of 500 West Monroe, a 966,924 square foot, 46-floor, Class A multi-tenant office building at the corner of Canal Street and Monroe Street in downtown Chicago, Illinois

  • Represent institutional investor in the leaseback of three major corporate office hubs in three metropolitan areas with an aggregate value of $2.5 billion

  • Acquisition of 1 AT&T Plaza, a 37-floor office building located in downtown Dallas, Texas

  • Commonwealth Partners LLC, a private equity fund, in the $305 million acquisition of the office building known as 1888 Century Park East, a 20-story, 500,000-square-foot office tower located in the Century City submarket of Los Angeles, California

  • 7-Eleven in the relocation of its corporate headquarters from One Arts Plaza in the Dallas Arts District to the new Cypress Waters Development in Irving, Texas, which involved drafting and negotiating a 325,000-square-foot single tenant build-to-suit lease, negotiating of documents relating to economic incentives from the City of Irving, and drafting and negotiating of other lease-related documents relating to both the One Arts Plaza lease and the Cypress Waters lease
