Jordan’s principal areas of practice include private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions and other strategic transactions. He works with private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, and other public and private companies in connection with corporate transactions across a variety of industries, including energy, energy transition and technology.
