Dan’s practice focuses on the federal income tax aspects of mergers & acquisitions and capital markets transactions. He has represented many of the firm’s clients in partnership and corporate transactions, including public and private mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganizations, private equity, real estate investment funds, and master limited partnerships.
