  • Noble Midstream Partners in the formation of Black Diamond Gathering, LLC, a joint venture with Greenfield Midstream, LLC, to acquire Saddle Butte Rockies Midstream, LLC for $625 million 

  • Blackstone in its $1.57 billion acquisition of an interest in the Rover pipeline project from a subsidiary of Energy Transfer Partners

  • Antero Midstream Partners LP in its formation of a joint venture to develop processing and fractionation assets in Appalachia with MarkWest Energy Partners L.P., a wholly owned subsidiary of MPLX
