Megan is a member of Vinson & Elkins’ worldwide Energy Transactions and Projects practice group. Her principal areas of practice are domestic and international business transactions. Megan’s work focuses on project development, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and commercial agreements.

Antero Resources Corporation in the $220 million sale of a volumetric production payment, covering dry gas producing properties in West Virginia, to an affiliate of J.P. Morgan
Noble Midstream Partners in the formation of Black Diamond Gathering, LLC, a joint venture with Greenfield Midstream, LLC, to acquire Saddle Butte Rockies Midstream, LLC for $625 million
Blackstone in its $1.57 billion acquisition of an interest in the Rover pipeline project from a subsidiary of Energy Transfer Partners
Antero Midstream Partners LP in its formation of a joint venture to develop processing and fractionation assets in Appalachia with MarkWest Energy Partners L.P., a wholly owned subsidiary of MPLX
Riverstone Investment Group in becoming a 50 percent partner with Kinder Morgan in the Utopia Pipeline Project, a common carrier project that will include approximately 215 miles of new pipeline and will connect with an existing pipeline and associated facilities
Tellurian, Inc. in the development of the Driftwood LNG Project, a 5 train, 26 mtpa LNG export terminal in Louisiana, including the negotiation of a $15.2 billion EPC contract

Global Atlantic Financial Group in the $1.175 billion acquisition from Southern Power of a 33 percent minority interest in its solar portfolio (comprised of 26 operating solar facilities representing approximately 1.7 gigawatts of capacity)
