Shaun’s practice focuses on commercial real estate and general business transactions. His experience includes the representation of private equity firms, institutional investors, REITs, and developers in property acquisitions and dispositions; commercial leasing transactions; joint ventures involving the formation of and negotiation of limited partnerships and limited liability companies; development and construction projects; mortgage lending on real estate; and commercial lending and financing transactions, including acquisition loans, asset-based loans, and energy loans, representing both lenders and borrowers.
