George Gerachis and Adriana Wirtz Speaking at American Petroleum Institute's (API) 90th Annual Federal Tax Forum

On Tuesday, April 22, partners George Gerachis and Adriana Wirtz are giving a presentation on “Tariffs and Transfer Pricing” at 3:50pm. If tariffs stay in place for an extended period of time, taxpayers will have to confront the role of tariffs on transfer pricing. As this topic emerges every few years, it becomes clear the complexity of reconciling the two sets of rules and the impacts tariffs have on transfer pricing. Partner Ryan Carney is also attending.

The Forum is one of the few legal conferences focusing on federal oil and gas taxation. The topics covered at the Forum are usually selected to address both basic and advanced issues on the U.S. taxation of domestic and international oil and gas operations.
