Hill Wellford and Kara Kuritz Present PLI Program on Evolving Role of Antitrust in Business and Transactions

On Monday, February 10th at 1 pm EST, Antitrust Partners Hill Wellford and Kara Kuritz will present a Practising Law Institute CLE program entitled “Antitrust in Transactions.” Both having served at the Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division, Hill and Kara draw from a deep well of experience as they explore how companies should mitigate antitrust risk in transactions, allocate that risk in agreements, filing analysis and new HSR Rules, pre-closing antitrust guidance, and more.
