Partner Jorge Medina is speaking at the American Bar Association’s (ABA) 2025 Midyear Tax Meeting on Wednesday, February 19 in Los Angeles, California, at 2:45pm PT.

The session is titled “Energy Tax Controversies: The Next Wave.” This panel will discuss planning for energy tax controversies, the role of tax insurance in an anticipated controversy, what to expect in an excessive payment proceeding, and early energy tax credit audit experiences. The panelists will also discuss partnership audit issues unique to tax credits.
