Kathy Pakenham Moderating Panel at American Bar Association’s 2024 Criminal Tax Fraud and Tax Controversy Conference

Partner Kathy Pakenham will moderate a panel titled “Welcome to the New Era of Tax Enforcement Relating to Partnerships and the Economic Substance Doctrine” at 4pm PT in Las Vegas at the ABA’s 2024 Criminal Tax Fraud and Tax Controversy Conference on December 13. This panel will discuss the restructuring of the IRS and its launch of unprecedented enforcement efforts relating to partnerships. Counsel Stephen Josey will also be attending.
