Vinson & Elkins is sponsoring the 79th TEI Annual Conference at the platinum level. The Conference will take place October 27-30 in San Antonio, TX. The 79th Annual Conference will feature a comprehensive program including a mix of plenary and concurrent expert-led sessions focused on U.S. federal, international, and state & local tax, as well as Canadian tax, financial reporting, technology and corporate tax management issues, among other topic areas.

Kathy Pakenham will be speaking on two panels during the conference. On Monday, October 28 at 5:00pm ET, Kathy, along with a group of panelists, will speak on the “IRS Strategic Operating Plan and Enforcement Update.” Tuesday, October 29th at 4:45pm ET, Kathy will join a group of panelists to speak on “Tales from the Front: Early Experiences with the IRS’s New Partnership Tax Organization.”
