In this program, we focused on SEC developments affecting, and practical aspects of preparing for, public companies’ annual meetings and annual reports, including key Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) themes. We also highlighted other SEC developments and proposals of general interest, including 10b5-1 trading plans, climate change disclosure, and SEC comment letter trends. The program also included a discussion with ESG thought leaders.
