On Tuesday, September 24 at 3:15pm ET, Stephen Josey will serve as a panelist on the Civil & Criminal Tax Penalties panel at the American Bar Association’s (ABA) September virtual Tax Section meeting, speaking on the topic “Hot Off the Bench: What Recent Supreme Court Decisions Mean to Tax Controversy Professionals and Their Clients.” This panel of experts will review several recent U.S. Supreme Court decisions that may impact tax litigators for the foreseeable future. Panelists will review Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo, as well as several other Supreme Court cases, that have potentially far-reaching implications for civil and criminal tax litigation attorneys.
