  • Acted for Teva Pharmaceuticals in a suite of 10 ad-hoc arbitrations (London Seat) concerning a denial of coverage in a pharmaceutical-related insurance policy tower

  • Noble Energy in the Tamar and Leviathan development projects in offshore Israel, including the construction and financing of a natural gas floating production, storage, and offloading vessel, and the repurposing of an offshore depleted reservoir and platform

  • An oil & gas exploration company in connection with disputes arising from the company’s investment in Israel’s offshore gas fields

  • The underwriters in connection with the U.S. MLP and secondary offering of one of Israel’s largest energy companies

  • Israeli-based investment subsidiaries of a global investment house in several arbitrations

  • A British multinational oil and gas company in connection with FCPA and anti-corruption issues relating to gas projects in Israel and Lebanon

  • Sailpoint Technologies, Inc. in its acquisition of Whitebox Security Ltd, an Israeli-based provider of data access governance solutions

  • General Electric on various international construction contracts with governments, EPC contractors, and IPPs around the world for the supply of gas turbines and construction of power stations; negotiated power contracts in Israel

  • Extraction rights holders as to international maritime boundary disputes in the Eastern Mediterranean.  The work ranges from active negotiations with the opposite side to liaising with the host government to support the proceedings

  • An Azeri company in the review of a draft joint operating agreement and related documents relating to an exploration block offshore Israel

  • Represented a commodity industry leader in investigations of fraud in India and Israel; assisted the entity in related litigation

  • Lead outside IP counsel for the acquisition of a software company based in Israel in a deal valued at $150 million
