Ciara Ros shares the inspiration behind the London office’s achieVE Mentoring Programme, which has been nominated for Social Mobility Programme of the Year at the Legal Benchmarking Group Social Impact Awards 2024.
Launched in collaboration with Bishop Challoner Catholic Federation of Schools, the achieVE programme is tailored to support students from disadvantaged backgrounds. It selects 20 to 25 high-achieving students each year, providing them with a comprehensive range of workshops and mentoring. Now in its fourth year, the programme is making a profound impact on underrepresented and disadvantaged students in Shadwell, one of the poorest areas in London.
