In this video, Alex Bluebond discusses the Office of Federal Contractor Compliance’s (OFCCP) new directive on pay equity audits. Government contractors and subcontractors are required to have affirmative action plans. And as a part of those plans, they have to evaluate their compensation systems to determine whether there are gender, race, or ethnicity-based pay disparities. Those evaluations are often referred to as pay equity audits.
