Clearlake Sells Majority Interest In Floworks To Wynnchurch Capital Background Image

Vinson & Elkins advised FloWorks International LLC (“FloWorks”) in connection with Clearlake Capital Group, L.P.’s (“Clearlake”) sale of a majority interest in FloWorks to Wynnchurch Capital, L.P.

Clearlake will retain a minority stake in the go-forward business.
