Vinson & Elkins LLP advised Sentry Center Holdings LLC (dba Convene), the leading hybrid meeting, event and workspace provider, in connection with all real estate matters relating to a recapitalization plan led by Hudson’s Bay Company, a holding company at the intersection of real estate, technology and retail, and a fund managed by the Private Equity Group of Ares Management Corporation, a leading global alternative investment manager.
