Creek Road Miners, Inc. Enters into Merger Agreement with Prairie Operating Co., LLC
Vinson & Elkins advised Prairie Operating Co., LLC (“Prairie”) in connection with the signing of a merger agreement with Creek Road Miners, Inc.
Upon closing of the merger between Creek Road and Prairie, the combined company will be named Prairie Operating Co. Prairie has also signed a purchase and sale agreement with Exok, Inc. for the acquisition of 37,030 gross acres of undeveloped oil and gas leasehold acreage with an average net revenue interest of 76%, located in Weld County, Colorado for approximately $28.2 million.
