Crescent Energy Announces Pricing of $400 Million Private Placement of 9.250% Senior Notes Due 2028 Background Image

Vinson & Elkins served as issuer’s counsel in connection with the private placement of $400 million aggregate principal amount of 9.250% senior notes due 2028 (the “Notes”) by Crescent Energy Finance LLC (“the Issuer”), an indirect subsidiary of Crescent Energy Company.

The Issuer intends to use the net proceeds from this offering to repay a portion of the amounts outstanding under its revolving credit facility. The offering closed on February 1, 2023.
