Crescent Energy Company Announces Secondary Public Offering of Common Stock and Agreement to Repurchase OpCo Units
Vinson & Elkins advised Crescent Energy Company in connection with an underwritten public offering of 13,800,000 shares of its Class A common stock by a selling stockholder at a price to the public of $10.50 per share.
Concurrently with the closing of the offering, Crescent Energy OpCo LLC repurchased 2,300,000 units from the selling stockholder at a price per share equal to the price per share at which the underwriters purchased shares of Class A common stock in the offering. The offering closed on March 11, 2024.
