EnCap Investments Closes Fund XII at $5.25 Billion

Vinson & Elkins advised EnCap Investments L.P. in the successful formation of EnCap Energy Capital Fund XII with total commitments of $5.25 billion.

The fund will invest in companies whose underlying assets include oil and gas reserves and related infrastructure, as well as other companies in the energy industry.
