EZCORP Announces Pricing of Private Offering of $300 Million of Senior Notes Due 2032

Vinson & Elkins represented EZCORP, Inc., a leading provider of pawn transactions in the United States and Latin America, in the issuance of $300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 7.375% Senior Notes due 2032 in a private offering.
This marks EZCORP’s first high-yield notes offering, following its prior convertible notes issuances. The offering was priced on March 24, 2025, and is anticipated to close on March 28, 2025.
