FlyExclusive Announces $25 Million Preferred Equity Investment

Vinson & Elkins represented certain funds managed by EnTrust Global (“the Investors”) in connection with a $25 million investment in Series B preferred stock of flyExclusive, Inc. (“the Company”), a leading provider of premium private jet charter experiences.

The Company also issued the Investors warrants, granting the Investors the right to purchase, in the aggregate, up to 5,000,000 shares of the Company’s Class A common stock.

The Vinson & Elkins team was led by partner Stancell Haigwood, with assistance from associates Bekah Briggs, Layla Wehbe and Alexis Pawlowski.
