Heliogen and Woodside Energy Announce Commercial-Scale Demonstration Project and Collaboration Agreement
Vinson & Elkins advised Heliogen Inc., a leading provider of AI-enabled concentrated solar energy, in connection with a collaboration agreement and other arrangements with Woodside Energy (USA) Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of leading Australian energy producer Woodside Petroleum Ltd, related to the joint marketing of Heliogen’s AI-enabled concentrated solar energy technology in Australia for heat and power offerings and possible hydrogen applications and the commercial-scale demonstration deployment of the technology at a facility proposed to be built in Mojave, California.
