Lennar To Acquire Rausch Coleman Homes

Vinson & Elkins advised Rausch Coleman Companies, LLC (“RCH”), a residential real estate developer and home construction company, in its entry into a definitive agreement to be acquired by a subsidiary of Lennar Corporation (NYSE: LEN).

The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2025.
