ONEOK To Acquire Medallion and Controlling Interest in Enlink From Global Infrastructure Partners in Transactions Valued at $5.9 Billion

Vinson & Elkins advised Global Infrastructure Partners, a leading global infrastructure investor, in connection with its approximately $2.6 billion all cash sale of Medallion Midstream Partners, LLC (“Medallion”) to ONEOK, INC. (NYSE: OKE).

Medallion operates over 1,300 miles of crude oil pipelines in Texas and is the largest privately held crude gathering and transportation system in the Permian’s Midland Basin.
