Rebecca Fike Honored as Member of Securities Docket's 2024 Enforcement Elite

Securities Docket has selected Vinson & Elkins partner Rebecca Fike as a member of its “Enforcement Elite” for 2024, a new list recognizing the top securities enforcement defense counsel in the industry. The list features professionals who not only have the experience to handle high-stakes matters but also serve as vital defensive specialists if the SEC’s Division of Enforcement comes knocking.

To qualify for the Enforcement Elite, candidates must have worked in the private sector for at least the past two years and at least 50% of their practice should focus on SEC enforcement defense.

Fike is a Chambers-ranked attorney (2023–2024), recognized as “Up and Coming” in Litigation: White Collar Crime & Government Investigations (Texas). With extensive experience in SEC defense, investigations, and compliance, she spent nearly a decade in the SEC’s Division of Enforcement. During her tenure, she led high-profile investigations and earned multiple awards for her outstanding contributions. At Vinson & Elkins, she offers clients an insider’s perspective on navigating SEC matters, effectively guiding public and private companies through investigations with an eye toward achieving the most favorable outcomes possible. She also advises clients on enforcement risks related to business transactions, helping them take proactive steps to mitigate potential SEC scrutiny.
