Vinson & Elkins advised SCF Partners, Inc. in connection with the acquisition of the refinery valves business of CIRCOR International, Inc.
DeltaValve provides differentiated patented solutions for delayed coking units used in critical energy infrastructure, and TapcoEnpro is a trusted manufacturer of high-quality severe-service valves and control systems.
