Steel Dynamics to Acquire a 45% Minority Interest in New Process Steel Background Image

Vinson & Elkins advised New Process Steel, L.P., a metals solutions and distribution supply-chain management company headquartered in Houston, Texas, with a focus toward growing its value-added manufacturing applications, in the sale of a 45% minority equity interest to Steel Dynamics, Inc., one of the largest domestic steel producers and metals recyclers in the United States.
