Summit Midstream Partners, LP Announces Synergistic and Accretive Bolt-on Acquisitions in the DJ Basin

The firm advised Outrigger Energy II LLC on its execution of a definitive agreement to sell 100% of the equity interests in Outrigger DJ Midstream LLC, including its natural gas gathering and processing and crude oil gathering assets in the DJ Basin, to Summit Midstream.

V&E also advised Sterling Investment Holdings LLC (“Sterling”) in the sale of three wholly-owned subsidiaries, Sterling Energy Investments LLC, a provider of natural gas gathering, compression, processing and treating services in Colorado’s DJ Basin; Grasslands Energy Marketing LLC, a provider of gas marketing services to customers in the oil and gas industry; and Centennial Water Pipelines LLC, a provider of high-volume, high-rate water pipeline delivery services to support E&P activity in the DJ Basin, to Summit Midstream.
