Suntuity Renewables to Become a Public Company Through Business Combination with Beard Energy Transition Acquisition Corp
Vinson & Elkins advised Beard Energy Transition Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company, in connection with its entry into a definitive agreement with Suntuity Renewables LLC, a leading provider of renewable energy solutions, for a business combination that would result in the combined company becoming publicly traded.
The transaction included a first lien secured bridge loan from certain investors to Suntuity.
