Vinson & Elkins Represents Kinetik Holdings in $300 Million Private Placement
Vinson & Elkins served as issuer’s counsel in connection with Kinetik Holdings’ offering of $300 million sustainability-linked senior notes due 2028.
The size of the offering was increased from the previously announced $200 million to $300 million. The offering closed on December 19, 2023.
