Alexander’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and private equity. Alexander works with a variety of public and private companies as well as private equity and venture capital investors and their portfolio companies in connection with a broad range of strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, minority and growth equity investments and other general corporate matters. Alexander also has extensive experience negotiating representation and warranty insurance policies, which he leverages in connection with his transactional practice.
