Allie Watkins

Allie leads the practice management efforts of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets practice group. She also co-leads the firm’s Global Practice Management department. Prior to that, her principal areas of legal practice were mergers and acquisitions, private equity, finance and real estate. Allie’s M&A experience includes representation of private equity investors, their portfolio companies and other private companies in their acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, recapitalizations and other general organizational matters across a broad range of industries, including pulp and paper, packaging, wood products, metals and energy.
