Andreina is an associate in the Complex Commercial Litigation practice group, whose focus includes International Dispute Resolution & Arbitration. She has represented corporations, foreign sovereigns, and sovereign instrumentalities in federal and state courts, as well as in international arbitrations.
In international disputes, Andreina has experience handling commercial, inter-state, investor-state, and construction disputes under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), and Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).
In domestic disputes, she has experience representing corporations and foreign sovereigns in federal and state courts, addressing commercial and arbitration issues such as breach of contract disputes, enforcement of arbitral awards, and applications for evidence in aid of arbitral proceedings.
Andreina also has an active state court practice representing US commercial real estate investors and developers in property tax valuation disputes. The substantive laws involved in her cases include those of Texas, New York, Washington D.C., Florida, Panama, Iraq, and public international law. She is admitted to practice in Texas, New York, and the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
