(La. Dist. – Orleans Parish) — Secured $125 million judgment following a jury verdict for Huntsman Corporation in its contract dispute with gas supplier, Praxair, Inc. (lead associate)
(W.D. Oklahoma) — Represented an international oil and gas production and exploration company in multiple royalty class action disputes in state and federal courts in Kansas and Oklahoma
(10th Cir) — Prepared Respondent’s brief in support of district court’s decision regarding subject matter jurisdiction
(SEC) — Represented an employee of a multinational bank in connection with the Securities and Exchange Commission’s investigation into executive conduct and policies
