Charlie’s principal areas of practice are mergers and acquisitions, private equity and capital markets transactions. He works with a variety of public and private businesses and financial sponsors in connection with strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, private equity investments, joint ventures and general corporate matters.
