Daisy is a member of V&E’s Energy Transactions and Projects practice group where she represents financial institutions, project sponsors, and developers in the financing, development, and sale of large-scale renewable energy projects with a focus on tax-equity financings.

ORIX Corporation USA in the formation of a joint venture with an investment management firm and the financing of the acquisition by the joint venture of a tax equity interest in a 150 MW wind farm near Amarillo, Texas
MN8 Energy (f/k/a Goldman Sachs Renewable Power) in the construction and term debt financing, and tax equity financing of a 300MW solar photovoltaic (PV) plus 140.25MW/561MWh storage project in California; which will sell power pursuant to 5 separate power purchase agreements, 4 of which include energy storage
MN8 Energy (f/k/a Goldman Sachs Renewable Power) in the tax equity financing of the High Desert project, which consists of a 100-MW solar photovoltaic (PV) plant and a 50-MW battery storage facility, in San Bernardino County, California
Major tax equity investors in ongoing representation in connection with development of “hybrid” structures
Tax equity investor in its approximately $320 million commitment to a portfolio of two solar projects in Arizona and Virginia totaling 355 MW and including 100 MW of storage, representing one of the first tax equity financings of a battery energy storage asset for this investor
Swift Current Energy in the ~$700 million debt financing, ~$250 million tax equity financing, and ~$270 million ITC transfers for the 800 MWdc Double Black Diamond Solar project in Illinois, which is expected to be the second largest single phase solar project in the US and the largest solar project in MISO
