Demi is a senior associate on the Aviation Finance Team. Demi’s practice focuses on aviation, including corporate, asset-backed and structured financings in the loan and capital markets, restructurings and joint ventures. Demi also works on funds finance matters, where she primarily advises borrowers in negotiating and documenting subscription credit facilities. Demi has worked on some of the most complex and innovative financings involving aircraft, including multiple transactions that have been recognized by industry publications as “Deals of the Year”.
