Eleonora is an associate in the London M&A and Capital Markets practice. Eleonora has experience across a range of transactions, including work for a number of private equity and energy clients. She previously spent five months on a secondment to V&E’s Houston office.

  • Tidewater in its $577 million acquisition of 37 platform supply vessels from Solstad Offshore

  • Baytex Energy Corp. (TSX:BTE) in its $2.5 billion acquisition of Ranger Oil Corporation, a pure play Eagle Ford company

  • An upstream oil & gas company in relation to (i) the proposed acquisition of a 32% participating interest in the Baeshiqa Block, Kurdistan; and (ii) the proposed acquisition / grant of a 48% interest in the Alqosh Block, Kurdistan

  • Aligned Data Centers and its sponsor Macquarie Asset Management in the acquisition of ODATA, a data center service provider offering scalable, reliable, and flexible IT infrastructure in Latin America, and the structured investment by funds managed by SDC Capital Partners in ODATA in connection with the acquisition

  • Sinclair Companies in the combination of Sinclair Oil’s refining, renewable diesel and logistics assets with those of HollyFrontier Corporation and Holly Energy Partners, L.P.

  • Advised a private equity fund in its entry into a definitive agreement to acquire a leading global manufacturer of sprayed materials
