Eunice focuses on the business development and practice support efforts across the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Capital Markets practice groups. She has extensive experience in transactional work with a variety of asset types, ranging from commercial and residential mortgage loans to distressed securities and railroads. Prior to this role, her practice focused on financing, purchase and sale and securitization transactions, as well as commercial and asset-based lending transactions involving residential mortgages, single family rentals and commercial loans.
