
Guy Waldron

Guy is a senior member of V&E’s Corporate practice group. His practice focuses on project development and construction related matters. His experience includes advising private equity clients in relation to key portfolio investments, as well as advising on the full suite of documentation required for the procurement, delivery, and financing of major projects (including mega-projects). Guy has actively advised on some of the largest and most complex LNG, green hydrogen, carbon-capture, wind, solar, renewable fuels and other green energy and infrastructure projects globally.
