Haley Titcomb

Haley is a technology and intellectual property lawyer who advises companies on obtaining, protecting, licensing, and enforcing intellectual property rights. She provides IP advice in corporate transactions including in the context of mergers & acquisitions. Her experience covers a variety of IP and technology-focused transactions and matters, including due diligence, freedom to operate opinions, and contract drafting and negotiation.
