Hayley’s principal areas of practice is corporate finance and asset-based lending. She is experienced in advising on syndicated and secured debt, cross-border financing, global issuances, acquisition finance and funds finance.
Prior to joining V&E Hayley was an Associate in both the Sydney and Singapore offices of a leading law firm in Asia-Pacific.
