Heather’s practice focuses on qualified retirement and welfare plans. She has experience in designing and implementing such plans, and in handling tax filings for them, including the submission of determination letters, voluntary compliance, and voluntary fiduciary correction applications.
Heather advises clients with regard to fiduciary issues and compliance under COBRA, HIPAA, and the ACA. She also designs and implements deferred compensation arrangements and nonqualified retirement plans, and advises clients regarding corporate governance issues that impact their employee benefit plans.
