Jake is a member of Vinson & Elkins’ worldwide Energy Transactions and Projects practice group. His principal areas of practice are project development, complex commercial agreements, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions. Jake has experience in multiple sectors of the energy industry, including electric power, LNG, midstream oil and gas, and renewables.
