Jenn’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, property acquisitions and dispositions, and development. She has experience drafting, negotiating, reviewing, amending, and interpreting complex commercial contracts, including leases, licenses, agreements, and purchase contracts. Jenn represents a wide variety of clients, including investors, owners, developers and tenants regarding a variety of real estate assets, such as office buildings, corporate headquarters leases, industrial developments, raw land, retail shopping centers and pad sites. Prior to returning to the firm, Jenn served as senior in-house counsel for a retail and multi-family developer, where she was involved in all strategic and legal aspects of the acquisition, financing, equity investing, leasing, development and disposition processes.

Numerous successful lease negotiations with a major online retailer for warehouse locations all over the U.S., on behalf of multiple clients
Acquisition, including loan assumption, of One Dallas Center, a 30-story mixed use asset in downtown Dallas, Texas
Leasing, entitlement and development of a seven-acre retail shopping center in Brentwood, California
Drafting and negotiation of a preferred developer’s standard form of lease with a publicly traded convenience store company
Drafting and negotiation of the office headquarters lease for Bechtel Oil, Gas and Chemicals (a subsidiary of Bechtel Corporation), containing approximately 500,000 square feet, in the Post Oak area of Houston
Numerous transactions to acquire and dispose of retail pad sites and shopping center properties, mainly located on the West Coast, for a retail developer
Transactions to lease and manage numerous Class A office buildings for CBRE Global Investors, Woods Capital and JPMorgan Chase, representing millions of rentable square feet, in the Dallas Metroplex
Sale of Washington Square, a 1.14 million-square-foot office complex in downtown Minneapolis
Numerous transactions to acquire and dispose of industrial and warehouse properties throughout the U.S. a private REIT
Drafting and negotiation of office headquarters lease for a subsidiary of TransCanada Pipeline, containing approximately 200,000 square feet, in the Houston central business district
Real estate-related aspects of Pioneer Natural Resources’ acquisition $297 million of Carmeuse Industrial Sands, a U.S. subsidiary of Carmeuse Holding S.A.
