  • Has advised multiple public companies on board composition and effectiveness, shareholder engagement and ESG related disclosures including Sustainability Reports, SEC filings, Sustainability Accounting Board (SASB) reporting, reporting in accordance with the Taskforce on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), reporting to CDP, and management and prioritization of leading ESG ratings platforms
